I live and work in Madison, Georgia.
My curiosity about the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method started when I was teaching — I used it successfully in computer science and STEM classrooms, where it turned out to be very good at getting students to articulate things they understood but couldn’t yet explain.
As a professional software developer, I’ve since brought the method to agile teams. I enjoy solving problems around technical systems, and working with development teams to improve communication and relationships. The method is unusually good at surfacing the assumption that everyone in the room holds slightly differently and nobody has said out loud.
